mahjong... The Cave...

all the commission. But on second thought, I remember him mentioning how he sold about RM11,000 worth of furniture yesterday night alone, so...
These commissions bring my pay up a lit'l : ) ‘Tis great news considering my dejected state when I was told my salary totaled to only RM400+…
Spent the afternoon on a mahjong session with my cousins. Emerged the 大赢家 (big winner) : DIt was enjoyable definitely and I look forward to another session…next weekend perhaps? I’ve always loved this game since young, but I’d say a particular session with some HK girls in Manchester really got me hooked. They introduced me to the exhilaration and challenge of playin mahjong at high speed (really! I had to make my decisions in like split seconds!) and strategy (confession : I’ve only ever played by luck before : p).
I’ve actually just come home from a movie with KM, SY and 2 of KM’s frens. The movie was pretty good. (For those who haven’t but plan to watch it : do not read on for there are spoilers ahead!) I was touched by how Jack, fully aware of his mutating condition, persevered to lead the others on to safety. It was such an irony that the one who most strongly doubted him : Kathryn, later mutated herself. But as KM commented, the storyline was atypical of such action movies : internal conflicts… gradual elimination by death… And even that heralder of a sequel in the surviving monster.
Well, they had quite a good-looking cast… Tyler was charmingly compassionate, Kathryn charismatic with a cute European(or was it?) accent, and Charlie was actually played by Piper Perabo, who was that blond, Brook, in “Popular”.
All in all, it’s a great action movie which kept us at the edge of our seats . (I now reminisce with amusement how KM passed offered me Twisties to定下惊 – calm down *lol*) A good one to watch at home even, with a whole bunch of people, to get excited and scared together with.
